Looks like Chelsea target David Luiz will not be joining Carlo Ancelloti at Stamford Bridge as they are unwilling to meet the 25million euros price tag set by Benfica. Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder Niko Kranjcar is attracting interest from a German side Werder Bremen.
